This is a wonderful B & B conveniently located within Virginia Beach. The rooms are beautiful, and equipped with the most terrific shower... The inn keeper is personable, and an excellent cook! This place was GREAT!!! The steam showers are fabulous!! The in-room air control is very nice! The outdoor spa hot tub w/ a glass of wine was SO relaxing!! We even got a couples massage in our room! The entire trip was AMAZING!!! The only downfall - no TV. We have stayed in many B&Bs in VA and this was BY FAR the most luxurious!! (Richmond, VA, Jan 2008)
My new husband and I stayed at this B&B for our "minimoon". The room was cozy and inviting, and the bathroom was outstanding with a spa tub and large shower area. We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities offered and the graciousness of the innkeeper. I would highly recommend a stay here! ( Newport News, VA, Jan 2008)
Beach Spa was a conveniently located, extremely comfortable bed and breakfast that will have us coming back again. The room was clean, had internet access, and a shower that would leave the technology fans speechless.
The breakfast meals were filling, fresh, and very well prepared (and great tasting). In addition, the host was very helpful with suggestions for lunch and dinner locations. Although we didn't get a chance to use the outdoor hottub, it was nice to know it was there (and we will use it on our next visit).
All in all, this bed and breakfast was a great litle retreat and the only reason I would hesitate recommending it would be that doing so may fill the place up, leaving me looking elsewhere for accomodations. (MD, Nov 2007)
My mother and I stayed at the B&B for a business trip. The location is fantastic and close to everything. The room was very large, comfortable and CLEAN. The bathroom is fantastic! Very cool shower/massage type tub ~ like nothing I've ever seen before in a hotel or B&B. We only ate one breakfast at the Inn and it was fantastic! If you like staying at Bed and Breakfast Inns, I highly recommend you try this one. It's quaint, very appealing and most of all, quiet! (Denver Sep 17, 2007)
My husband and I stayed at the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast over July 4th. We loved the Inn, everything from the staff to the decor. The staff was excellent, they recommended an excellent restaurant for us, and even booked a reservation and left us a map with directions for us in our room. I have always said that Virginia Beach needed a reputable Bed and Breakfast as an alternative to motels/hotels. My husband and I were thrilled with our stay. The home was immaculately clean, quiet and the breakfast was gourmet and delicious. The outdoor waterfall spa was the perfect temperature and was so inviting after a day at the beach. It was a very lovely visit at the Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast in Virginia Beach. The rooms were clean, nicely appointed, and very comfortable. The shower was A++++ which included a rain shower, steam, and pulsating jets.
The owner was very nice and suggested and arranged dinner reservations. There was always lemonade or ice tea in the afternoon along with some homemade cookies. (Holland, PA Aug 10, 2007)
I took my husband to the Beach Spa Bed and Breakfast for his 30th birthday. We both enjoyed it very much. It is only a short walk to the beach and the inn is beautifully done. The Beach Spa Bed & Breakfast is one of the most loveliest places I ever stayed in. The rooms are designed with great taste and individuality and have a very warm and cozy atmosphere. It is therefore one of the simplest tasks to relax and enjoy at this place. Furthermore it was very exciting to imagine what would be offered for breakfast, because contrary to many chain hotels, the breakfast every day is different, very delicious and homemade. In addition, the innkeepers are very friendly and helpful to help improving the holiday.
